Ingram Spark USA’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any disputes arising from the use of Ingram Spark USA services will be resolved through binding arbitration. Users agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
